By purchasing any WordPress plugin, Elementor template, or engaging in WordPress support, design, or development services on wperrorfix.com, you agree to the terms of the refund policy outlined below. We are committed to providing high-quality digital products and services, and this policy ensures fairness while accounting for operational costs.
WordPress Plugins
Plugin purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the plugin has not been downloaded, installed, or activated. Refunds are not available for plugins that have been downloaded or activated, as we cannot verify usage. If a plugin is defective or incompatible with your WordPress environment and we are unable to provide a resolution within 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund or store credit equivalent to the purchase amount, at your discretion. All refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our payment processor.
Elementor Templates
We stand behind our Elementor templates 100%, but we understand they may not work perfectly for everyone. To request a refund, please contact our support team and ensure you meet the following conditions:
Eligibility for a Refund
You are within 7 days of the original purchase date of the template.
After installing the template, you find it does not match its description or is unusable due to an issue we cannot resolve.
You have contacted our support team, provided details about the issue (e.g., installation problems or inability to perform basic functions), and allowed us to attempt a resolution.
You agree to deactivate and uninstall the template from your site if a refund is granted.
Ineligibility for a Refund
You no longer want the template after downloading it.
The template does not meet your expectations.
You change your mind after purchase.
You purchased the template by mistake.
You lack sufficient expertise to use the template.
You fail to provide sufficient information to support your refund request.
You can no longer access the template because it has been removed (we recommend downloading the template immediately after purchase to avoid this issue).
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. By purchasing a template from wperrorfix.com, you agree to this policy and relinquish any rights to challenge it through questions, judgment, or legal actions. We are not liable for differences in exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of refund. All refunds are processed through Paddle.com.
WordPress Support Services
We strive to deliver exceptional WordPress support services, including troubleshooting and maintenance. If we are unable to resolve your issue (limited to repair services and excluding custom development) after reasonable attempts, as determined by our team, we will issue a full refund.
If you cancel your support request before we have begun working on it or if you are unable to provide the necessary access (e.g., login credentials) for us to perform the service, a partial refund of 50% of the paid amount will be issued. Alternatively, you may opt for a full refund in the form of store credit, which does not expire. This partial refund accounts for operational costs and preliminary work incurred upon receiving your request. All refunds are processed through Payoneer, our payment processor for services.
Website Design and Development Services
For website design and development services, our refund policy is based on the project stage and work completed:
Before Work Begins: If you cancel your project before any work (e.g., consultation, planning, or design) has started, a full refund will be issued, less a 20% administrative fee to cover initial setup and consultation costs.
After Work Begins: If you cancel after work has started (e.g., after design mockups, development, or revisions), a partial refund will be issued based on the percentage of work completed, as determined by our team. Alternatively, you may opt for store credit equivalent to the refundable amount, which does not expire.
Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon website design or development due to technical limitations on our end, a full refund will be issued.
All refunds for these services are processed through Payoneer.
General Terms
Processing Time: Refunds for plugins and templates will be processed via Paddle.com using the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider. Refunds for services will be processed via Payoneer within the same timeframe, subject to their policies.
Store Credit: Store credit issued in lieu of a cash refund does not expire and can be used toward any product or service purchase on wperrorfix.com.
Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds may be denied for requests that do not comply with this policy, for products/services used beyond the refund eligibility period, or in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeated refund requests or fraudulent activity).
Compliance: This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws and is designed to ensure fairness for both customers and WpErrorFix.
